VPN Geoflex provides secure, encrypted internet connections. We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to potential technical maintenance or external factors outside of our control.

You agree not to use the VPN Geoflex service for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:

• Distributing malware, viruses, or illegal content.
• Participating in Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the service if you violate this policy.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

VPN Geoflex may offer premium subscription plans through the Apple App Store. Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. VPN Geoflex disclaims any guarantees relating to speed, absolute security, or suitability for a particular purpose.
